  Meta Pixel Troubles

  Hi, I’m having trouble setting up a Meta Pixel and can’t find a solution.

  When I first set it up I was unable to track purchases made on iPhones due to IOS 14, but I was able to get a third-party app on Shopify that allowed me to track purchases via the server. The problem is my pixel has been double firing ever since I got this app. If I remove the pixel from Shopify and only use the app, then it only tracks very specific purchases.

  Also, the data deletes itself fairly often, even more so when double firing. If I attach it to an ad will it save all the data from the campaign? Thank you.
