Meta Business Suite not tracking data? Debunking help needed.
HELP
So Im at a total loss on this one. I just started managing this account and Im not getting any data pulling in from meta business suite's insights for their Instagram and Facebook pages.
Not pulling in any content in // no new followers // etc BUT showing on their facebook page they had a reach of 6.6k over the past month.
Background: FB has 23k followers // Insta has 22.8k and I know the above isn't true because I can see a steady stream of follows // interactions // etc via notifications.
What should I be looking at first? I have to fix their pixels still so maybe that could be it?
