Meta Business problem: link preview doesn’t appear
Hi everyone, I've been having a problem with Meta Business for about a week. Every time I insert a link, it remains in the form of text, and the preview of the inserted link never appears. The post is regularly published or scheduled, but with the link always in the form of simple text, without a hyperlink.
Is this just my problem or have others encountered it too? Do you know possible solutions? Let me start by saying that this problem is only on PCs – in all 3 PCs I tried, to be precise.

Yes, just seems like a simple bug. You’ll have to click the link icon below the text box and paste your link in and wait for the preview to pop up.
You could also make the facebook post with just text then edit it to paste the URL and it’s working as normal.

YES having this problem now. post a link to my ebay it puts up the preview just fine, publish looks fine — removes the url, but the whole preview thing can’t click on it!
Any ideas how to fix? — I don’t like having to add my own photos it’s just an extra click add the pic into the gallery with the url in the description. I want to be able to do both.

This started happening to me two days ago on my MacBook. Tried different browsers. However, it will appear after about two minutes, so I navigate away and then come back… hopefully it’s fixed soon. Even adding the preview manually takes a long time to load.

Also want to say that it’s working perfectly on the meta business app. I know that’s annoying though since it’s slower to work on your phone.
