Marketing WEED on social media -can it be done?
Posted by seohelper on April 11, 2020 at 4:27 amAnyone have any experience in this? What types of ads can get approved? Boosted blog links (what kind of titles?)?
Any help is appreciated!

GuestApril 11, 2020 at 5:08 amYeah I have the master’s book for marketing things you are not actually allowed to market – without incriminating yourself – dm if you want the keys – i’ve pulled it off in multiple verticals and never had a client’s ad so much as get taken down

GuestApril 11, 2020 at 6:45 amI’ve actually been running ads on Facebook for a few dispensaries for years now. I literally have a moonrocks ad running right now and it’s been running for a while now. So it definitely can be done!

GuestApril 11, 2020 at 6:58 amContext is required here… Indicating your geo as well as desired channels and tactics would help prospective commenters to provide valuable advice. Also, most licensed growers, dispensaries, accessory retailers, industry media, or other tangential businesses wouldn’t call it ‘weed’, so it might be beneficial to indicate what aspect of the business you’re looking to market as well as many geographies have regulations that can impact positioning, channels, targeting, and much more.
