So my old account I paid for followers and bots, rookie mistake I was new to Instagram as a business and I ruined my page by doing that even though I was posting good content. Anyways I’ve decide to make a new account I created the account using same email as the old one will this have any impact on my new account??

No you can’t. Maybe deactivate your old one and wait for 90 days.

No, I suppose this should not affect your account in any way, since no rules have been violated for it.

However, I have heard that in the case of serious persistent violations, user data (ip, phone number, mail) can get into a shadow ban and subsequent accounts created thanks to this data.

So, if you have the opportunity to create a new account using completely new data, then you can be safe.

Using the same email shouldn’t really affect your actual new IG account that you have created.

No. Fake followers are based on usernames not e-mails.
