  bestmacros had a decent one but my proxies were garbage and it was desktop targeted, looking for one that is mobile based or can emulate mobile, if you are not comfortable speaking of it please PM me

  you would need an android device. It needs to be rooted. Run a VPN service like Orbot and an auto clicker (there are many). You will probably only be able to click on one ad on one page, but it will be via different ips
