Launching socials for cleaning business
My in-laws started a commercial cleaning business and want social media (they’ve requested Facebook, IG, and Twitter) to share the work they do, gain companies to clean, and hire employees.
I have 10 years in PR/marketing, but I don’t have experience launching from nothing. I also was fortunate to work for companies that people sought out for information, so this is new to me. Please flood me with all your tips and tricks!
For pay structure would you choose (and why):
Set hourly rate? (Moderate rate)
Commission? (% when companies hire them, “finders fee” for employees hired)
Combination (lower hourly, and then percentage/finders fee)Thanks!
