    How do you handle and address criticism or negative reviews in a professional and constructive manner, while maintaining a positive brand image?

    I just insult everyone who doesn‘t praise everything I do.

    Unless you’ve got thick skin, it can be tough and can even feel personal. It is interesting that because our work is so public, literally anyone with an opinion is free to share it, whether it is right or wrong. So I just thank them for their comments and commit to taking them into consideration. Give yourself a little time to think about it and see if there is indeed anything you can learn to make your work better. Their comments may be a gift in disguise. However, I I try not to be wounded by criticism from people that I wouldn’t ask for advice.
