  Is there an invite to follow action available on IG?

  For promoted posts, in FB, you can invite people who liked your post to like/follow a page. Is there something similar for IG?

  You can convert to follow. Where the CTA is a follow button or “view profile” or something like that. I don’t think you can target likers and invite them to follow though.. Closest thing is to just go through everyone that likes your ad and follow/unfollow them.
