Is there a way to automatically hide comments from certain users on my facebook page?
Hey there,
I manage a fairly big facebook page. I have some users who post 100% negative and disruptive comments. I do not want to ban them (they just create new accounts). Is there any way to automatically hide all of their comments as soon as they are posted?

Afaik you cannot hide all of someone’s comments (past or future) outright, like you can on Instagram. You can hide them one at a time, though. Note that hiding the comments doesn’t hide it from that person’s friends, but that shouldn’t be a big deal in this case.
I did some quick Googling and cannot find any way to hide comments overall without that individual knowing they’ve been blocked or banned. I even tested on my own pages.
I recommend using the Moderation Assist feature on the Facebook page you manage and setting up some parameters. For example, if you continue to hide a users comments, it will start auto hiding them (repeat offenders). Tons of options.

If it’s a Facebook group you are managing you can turn on post/comment approval and then just not ever approve or deny their posts or comments.
