  Is there a chance to have an ads account running again despite being disabled at the user level in Facebook Ads

  I run this one ad for my business on facbook from last year September until this year. Then facebook suddenly disabled my ads account for violation out of the blue. When I requested for a review, customer service said that my Facebook ads account has been disabled at the user level and the decision was final so I can never create a business acc or run any ads anymore. I jave appealed so many times already but to no avail.

  Is there still a chance to recover it or atleast have a new ads account related to my business page?

  I’m desperate.. I need my business page for my ads because I have spend yeats building it and then this happened ?
