  Is pinning posts to IG profile and reel to highlight best work a good idea?

  Does it create an eyesore or create value by showing potential new followers your best work first?

  Not an eyesore, but I would suggest having some introduction info in the caption of the pinned post bc new followers will see it first. Also update it regularly to keep your feed fresh and don’t pin more than 2-3 or else your new posts will look buried
