Is my account dead?
Has anyone experience with reviving an (edit: instagram) account that wasn’t used for a year?
I think I might have completely killed it with unfollowing everyone (I made a cut between private / public engagement), now 3months later I’m still shadowbanned. Heavily.
It’s pretty sad, has anyone ever revived such a ‘lost cause’?

If you have the ability to log in and people can see your content, your account is still active. What does the rest of your social media presence look like?

Are you using the same hashtags as before? When I was shadow banned I alternated between different hashtags with every post and the engagement and reach definitely improved
