Is it possible to share access to limited accounts within an mCC?

Posted by Due-Painter2497 on September 27, 2024 at 8:15 am

I have an MCC which I use to manage my client's Google Ads accounts. I'd like to find a freelancer to help me out with some support work – so managing specific accounts within the MCC.

Is there some kind of way I can share access to the MCC without them being able to access every account that's listed?

I like the idea of having access from the one place, instead of trying to get the client to invite another user to manage the ads account – I imagine it's easier to track changes to the ads account this way too…

    Appreciate any help.

How most agencies including mine do it…

Create a sub-MCC, add the PPC manager’s user account there, and link that to your main MCC. Change “managers” to that sub account for any client accounts you want them to manage.

They will only have access/visibility into those accounts and you can move them in and out as needed.

Do this for each PPC manager you hire to keep all your accounts organized.

can’t you just grant them access to the accounts they need at account level?
