Is it possible to filter ad performance by territory in Google’s on platform report editor?

We are looking to filter ad performance by territory, but Google Ads doesn't let us do this in report editor due to Ad and Country being incompatible dimensions. Is there any way to get around this, or another way to analyse ad performance by location?

Have you tried Country/Territory & Campaign as rows and then Cost, CPA, ROAS, etc. as columns?

That way you can filter for locations and compare metrics across campaigns.

Alternatively, you can also use Campaign & targeted location as rows, then the rest of your metrics as columns

Never had a problem doing that in the reports section. I usually filter data by country, state or city even. Sometimes zip code. If you are having trouble doing that, you can use GA4 instead. Both work. I suspect you might be doing something wrong in the report settings.
