Is it only me, or google ads support is incompetent and can’t read with comprehension?
Is it common or just my luck, that Google Ads support (when contacting about a virus on page), seems extremely incompetent, useless and appears to have not read messages sent?
From my point of view – only affect the virus area in any other cases they are fine and solve problems quickly.
Example:
I ask where and when the problem occurs (e.g. entering from Google search, or from page to page, at what date or if the virus shows on specific user agent only and where it appears (directly in code, in js file, multimedia etc)
Only answer is linked website when asked for more detailed info – they may send you originating website. When asking for details – they can only respodnd that “our tool shows” Even when presended data from search console, viurustotal and virus scanners that say “website is clean”.
I’ve seen like 8 cases like this in last 2 years.
And no, this help is not in english so no outsourcing to countries like india or so. Central europe.
