  Is it normal to be expected to create logos even though I am not a graphic artist?

  I imagine it’s not unheard of, or maybe it’s so easy it’s a given? Should my mom-and-pop being expecting me to do graphic design in my freelance SEO/ Content Consultant position?

  No. It’s a whole industry on its own. Doesn’t mean you can’t extend your network to include a logo designer and upsell the service.
