How important is it to be verified on IG? Is it worthy he monthly fee?

You get two things from it, the ✨blue check✨ and better support from the platform, which is useful if you are prone to spam accounts “cloning” your page. If you don’t need either of those, you don’t need to be verified.

I doubt it since now they’ve added multiple tiers to the Verified subscription

As with any of these platforms, LinkedIn & X etc.
I think that being Verified will make a difference to your reach just due to the algorithm prioritising these accounts. It may not make a huge difference but I know that on X sometimes Un-Verified accounts can be marked as spam.
