Is indexing every new article manually on google a bad practice?
Whenever I publish a new article I go to Search Console and index it manually.
My website is 5 months old and I've already tried not indexing an article manually and let Google find it on its own, but they never indexed my new pages even after days.
I wonder if doing so is a bad practice tho?
Also, in the last few months, a few of my articles have not been indexed on Google for unknown reasons even after requesting manually. I write them the exact way I wrote the other articles, but every time I submit a request for indexing them, Google does not index them.
The worst part is Google crawls to those pages but still doesn't index them. In the "not indexing reasons," Google has categorized them in the "Crawled but not indexed" category, which doesn't really help me with finding the actual reason behind that.
