  Is anyone running Recruitment/Employment ads on FB? [Need advice]

  I am trying to hire Sales officers\representatives in the US with Facebook ads.

  Any suggestions or objectives to use? The company website is currently in beta mode so I'm considering using an instant form.

  Also, how do you bypass Fb policies on choosing special category ads? I'm new to this and any information would help

  I’d recommend not trying to bypass Facebook’s Special Ad Categories. Are you already running Google Paid Search ads?

  Why are you not using LinkedIn for this? That seems to be the best platform to start with.
