Instagram Boosting Problems
I have a client with a peculiar issue I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered.
He has 2 instagram accounts (instagram only), both listed as professional, (I believe they might be linked together) and when the client goes to boost a post or story from the official account they are met with unhelpful errors.
All of this is occurring on a new IPhone. The errors occur at different points in the process, on the app it just says "Something went wrong" and no further info, just to try again (this has been happening for over a week). On the desktop version it allows to get to the payment portion, but then won't process.
The issue doesn't seem to be anything to do with the content, its not declining payment – just not processing.
I thought I could share screenshots in here but apparently not, so hopefully I explained it well enough – but any sort of assistance is helpful. We've tried all the usual things to fix it.
