Insights needed to start a digital solution provider agency
I’m wanting to start something similar to social media marketing agency but without the marketing aspect. I have a niche market and a community where majority of them do not have a website for their businesses.
I have experiences with digital marketing and web development but I’m no expert as it was mostly my e-commerce days where I spent somewhere close to $50K total in marketing and hiring freelancers to build my websites and such
I’d like to offer my community web development where I’ll have an expert build me a template for niches and I’ll let clients pick which they like most. I’ll of course do my best with seo for their web and install google analytics to make sure it’s ranking in the next 6-8 months or at least getting traffic’s.
I want to offer much more advanced service similar to this and would like to hear you all thoughts. I’m trying to set myself as an expert in the field within my community. And of course I’ll take courses and earn google and Facebook certificates just to build trust. I feel like I could do more to really sell my clients on my services.

Okay so If your community Is all the same niche I would create one solid web template and start reaching out to people directly and saying “hey I see you don’t have a website or need an updated website and I’d like to offer the design to you for free; if you’re interested then let’s hop on a quick 5-10 minute video call so I can show you the website” and you can just show the template or actually add their branding to it but either way you show them the site and basically if they like it and want the design for free they can have it and have it created themselves or you charge them like $500 for it and launch it for them and then you do your upsells which can be your seo.
Fb & google certs won’t make a difference. If you go to 10 people that need a website with this model im sure you’ll sell 2 of them right away.
