Inheriting Ecommerce Google Ads account – Pmax campaign
Hello!
Once again it is Pmax! Starting work with a client shortly. The store has 100 brands and 50k SKus. They have 4 Pmax campaigns –

Brand A
-
Brand B
-
All products (Major) with highest budget
-
All products (with lowest budget)
The confusing part is they have multiple asset groups and all asset groups have same products in a campaign – only difference is keyword themes and audiences (not sure if it is the best method to follow). This is making analysis complicated a bit. If I try to set an asset group for each brand that will be very tedious and time consuming.
Now, whats the best way ahead for structuring the campaigns without disturbing their current ROAS of 5.5, spending about 20k and revenue of over 100k?
Shall I experiment with some new campaigns without asset groups, using feed only? Inputs would be invaluable.
