In your experience, what are the main reasons that can prevent a page from being indexed ?

noindex, or not having a crawlable path linked from an existing page (sitemap listing an orphaned page or cluster, ZERO link juice).
Generally cruddy content or a lack of external links

If your pages have been deindexed. It might be because of content quality or low authority.
