– Storytelling. What is the hook to your video, have it spelled out in the first 1.5 seconds.
– Authenticity is key. TikTok is raw, short and authentic. Don’t do ads, do TikToks!
– watch time is the most important KPI on TikTok. If you are able to get people to watch a video more than 100% for example with a clever loop, you get more views -

You need to have a plan and a GIANT backlog of content scheduled before you ever make your first post. Once your account loses momentum the algorithm will drop you.
If you want to quickly get to 10,000 subs, I’d recommend that you get 30-60 days (1 post per day) in the can before you even make your first post. If your content is “viral” by design you can get away with 30. If you’re shooting from the hip, trying to learn your style and your fans then get 60 or more videos together first.
