If i have an app that targets multiple keywords, does it make sense to buy those keywords domains and point them to my app?
Would this make it easier to rank specifically for those keywords?

No.

No. Exact-match domains only really help rankings if the content is hosted on them and they collect domain authority. You’d essentially be buying a 0 domain authority website and pointing it to yours which wouldn’t add any benefit.
