If a TikTok video goes viral should you post it somewhere else can people just steal it?
So I made a TikTok account and my first video is getting tons of likes and views, should you post it somewhere else if you literally only use TikTok? I don’t want people just going around posting it everywhere, or since I was the first that posted it and made the video myself would all I need is the proof that I posted it first on TikTok for other people not to do that? Sorry am new to this lol

People can easily steal it from TikTok and post it other places. Your ability to stop it, is pretty limited, even if you post it to those platforms first. I get my videos served to me all the time on platforms where I already posted them.
Just focus on making the best content and building a community that knows you and your style. The others will just be copycats.
In the future. You can place a watermark in a very obvious place that isn’t easy to remove/edit out, but that can also hurt your video’s performance.

Every first content on tiktok gets a lot of views, that’s how they hook you.
Why would people repost your content? Are you famous?
If it went stupid viral yea just repost the same thing on other social media before someone else does.

Ok go to setting and turnoff the setting that let’s people download your video or pics you post, at least they will have a harder time claiming it’s theirs, but they’ll still steal it
