Hey guys, so I have an account (its a new account with 30 or so posts) and I am literally getting no growth. Yes, I am experiementing.I need some advice. Does it take even longer ?

One last thing, I am terrible at staying online on the app, I try to interact atleast 20 mins per day but that’s the most.

    My username is “themindbend.blog”.

For one, nothing you’re saying is profound. It looks like you’re just pulling stuff off the internet and just reskinning it. Not even sure what your niche is. Anyone can put quotes and make them move. Maybe a bit of thought into that will help. Plan on posting daily at a minimum. Organic growth will require you to follow other pages, engage with other pages, comment on things, etc. It will always be slower than paid growth. Good luck!

Find a unique niche and make sure your content is discoverable. What are you offering that nobody else is? And why are you doing it?

They reduce your reach so that you eventually figure out you have to pay for each post to be seen. The problem for that is that even when you pay, the audience your content is show to is typically a miss for paying customers, e.g. people who don’t have money to buy your product/service who live far away from you.

The best perks on IG are now given to the richest sponsors. They want low earning sponsors to struggle, because endless hungry posts by people trying to grow organically (without spending money) make the site look like it is vibrant.

I saw your content, it’s more like you are just dumping your content without interacting with anyone

Plus, make it more personal like, here are my self care habits, this is why I don’t do xyz thing, etc

Share your point of view, don’t say crap like you aren’t wise enough to share your thing

If you aren’t wise enough, don’t expect people to come to you, because they can literally get this from Google as well

So why you and not Google?

You should definitely devote more time to Instagram, as it will be very difficult to build an audience in 20 minutes a day. Here are a few other tips to grow your Instagram account:

    1. Consistent and quality content: Regularly post high-quality content that aligns with your target audience’s interests. Be sure to maintain a consistent posting schedule. Try Planoly or some other tools, which allow you to upload content without even being online, that is, by setting the date and time of publication in advance.

    2. Engage with your audience: Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with your followers’ content. Building authentic connections fosters loyalty and encourages others to follow you.

    3. Utilize relevant hashtags: Research and use relevant hashtags in your posts to increase discoverability and reach a wider audience. Snoopreport can help you identify popular hashtags in your niche. Add to track your current followers or followers of competitors and gain insights into the hashtags and posts that resonate with your target audience, their new followings and unfollowings, liked posts and thematic interests.

    4. Collaborate with others: Partner with influencers or complementary brands to cross-promote and tap into new audiences.
