I need help recovering my Facebook account and Facebook support SUCKS
Hello! So like I said in the title, I'm having trouble trying to recover my Facebook account. My biggest problem is that I don't know the actual password because someone stole the account from me a few years back 🙁 and worse yet the email that's used for that account got deleted, so when it says that it will send me a code to change the password, it doesn't actually send it to anywhere.
I have several evidence to prove that that account is mine, such as my face lol. The account has a lot of pictures of myself as a kid and all the friends are relatives such as my parents, brothers or close friends.
I don't think this would be such a huge problem if Facebook's support wasn't complete dogshit, so that's why I'm asking here to see if any of you guys can lend me a hand somehow!

Sorry to hear that! It can be really frustrating. Since you have proof that the account belongs to you, I suggest reaching out to Facebook’s support team again and explaining your situation clearly. But I also know the facebook support team also doesn’t reply clearly. However you can also try filling out their Hacked Accounts form. Another option is to contact Facebook’s support team through their business page or Twitter. Good luck, and I hope you’re able to get your account back soon!
