I have relegated SocMed to pooping
Lately I’ve found myself loosing time watching reels and scrolling through Fb and IG.
So what I did was replace the sm apps in my home screen with news apps and Bible app, then tucked away the sm apps into a folder only to be opened while pooping. Now, whenever I picked up my phone, muscle memory would let me open that icon that used to be Fb or IG or X, and instead of social media, I’m reading current events or the Bible.
It’s been 3 days, and I have to say that I have been more productive and chatting more with my wife and just feeling better in general.
P.S. Guess what I’m doing as I type this. ????
