I own an e-commerce lighting store. Chandeliers mainly. After 3 months of spend the clicks are so widespread i only excluded 12 products so far. 12 out of 230!!!. I figured due to the sheer number of products it might take me 12+ months to find winning products i can target and double down on.. The plan is to exclude those with negative ROAS and target and optimize those with positive ROAS. Ill be upping my budget over time as i get closer to breaking even. I only had like 5 sales so far for $5,000. I know a higher budget will get me there faster but i cant afford to burn so much money so quickly. I rather break even then inch up the budget. All my prices are decently competetive and all the search terms are long tail keywords in a high priority campaign. The low priority branded terms and titles dont get much clicks. Its a two tier campaign

You need to change your strategy, you will never get to where you want to go in a timely manner doing this. Unless you just launched this store a few months ago… I would do the following:

You should just focus on your best sellers based on store data from across all marketing channels. $42 per day is not enough to advertise 230 products. You are spreading your budget too thin across too many SKUs to get enough data to know anything.

If you just launched your store, you need to increase your daily ad spend to get usable data.

Hi! Try with shopping only PMax for all your products. In the asset groups create one with no signals, one with typical search terms, one with signals from previous converters, you can create more asset groups with different signals, but it will take more time to optimize and give you results. Observe for at least 2 weeks then optimize

That budget is more suited to 1-5 of your top products (that sell outside of Google). 230 is way too many
