So I wanna base my entire social media existence on marketing / modeling for / reviewing products or services of different brands. However I don’t even have 100 followers which is why this idea is a pretty hard thing to achieve. My question is, is it even possible to do so? If yes which websites or apps should I use to reach businesses?

In this case, I would advise not to take social networks as a basis. You can simply act as a model for advertising various brands/products, create UGC content, and so on.
This is a fairly popular direction at the moment, and although you will most likely be able to earn less in it than for advertising on social networks, it is clearly more open niche. As platforms for communication with business, use various freelance platforms like Fiverr.
