How to impress a hiring social media agency with a unique job application?
The header says it all really…. But aside from the great resume, cover letter, online portfolio and recommendations…. What unique ways could you think of that may impress or actually get the attention (and respect) of a modern day social media agency?
I’ve read about people hand delivering donuts with their cv in the lid, someone rebranding a 4 pack of beer with their ‘Resum-ale’, someone making a Lego employee kit or even someone delivering an application by owl(?) (at Stephen Bartletts former agency Social Chain, they still didn’t get the job apparently),
So I ask you, what, in this day and age of clever marketing and woke, culturally switched on social media marketers, might actually impress an agency?
Even suggestions or allusions to an approach would help.
Thanks in advance
