3. Ping the URLs.
4. Make use of Social Networking Websites.
5. Use Web 2.0. -
You can’t index all the backlinks by yourself as you don’t have their website properties added in the search console. But you can index web 2.0 links by adding the property.

Read somewhere about external tools for indexation of backlinks (domains that don’t belong to your site so you can’t submit in GSC). Anyone tried those? OneHourIndexing and Indexification
