I created a Pinterest account yesterday and have no followers

since Pinterest is a standalone platform, it is more difficult to use with TikTok

Same question. I started an account on pinterest recently, and I got some good numbers of views in one or two posts. But still no followers and clueless about the way to get reach. If you find a way or anyone has got some way for this, please let me know.

In my experience followers on Pinterest isn’t the thing to focus on in the beginning. Focus more on your engagement, views, & outbound clicks. You have to “prove” your account is worth following

Getting followers on Pinterest can be tricky, especially starting fresh. It’s not like TikTok where trends can blow up overnight.

Post regularly to keep your profile active.

Make sure your pins are high-quality and relevant. People like stuff that looks nice and is useful.

Pinterest is big on keywords. Use them in your descriptions and titles to help your pins show up in searches.

Follow people and boards that interest you. They might follow you back if they like what you’re pinning.

Comment on pins you like and respond to comments on your own pins. It shows you’re active.

Starting out can be slow, but if you keep at it and post good stuff, you’ll start seeing followers come in.

Use a lot of hashtags and search worthy description related to the photo, and post a lot

Look into Jenna Kutcher’s info on Pinterest. Helped me get an average of 24k monthly views on my pins for a year and I only applied the info for like a week

Followers on Pinterest aren’t really important. It’s more about impressions. Almost everyone that gives advice about growing on Pinterest says to just ignore follower count.

    Followers don’t really mater

They grow naturally, but they grow pretty slowly, depending on your reach

You can get tens of thousands of clicks to your website a day. With a few dozens/hundreds of followers. That’s just the way Pinterest works right now. It’s very different from all the other platforms out there. And it’s more similar to Google in that regard. Noone might search for you specifically, but they just see you in the feed, and they like your content

If you’re just a new account – I just suggest starting creating content. As much as possible. As consistent as possible. Followers will come eventually

I started seeing a steady growth when I started using automation tools like blogtopin or tailwind

    Good luck
