If it is a trailing slash on your homepage, don’t sweat it. The trailing slash on the homepage doesn’t matter to Google. All inner pages matter.
For anything else, look up the proper way to make a canonical tag and add it to each page with the proper way you want the link to be recognized.
If two versions of the URL go to the same HTML source code, the canonical tag will help Google pick the right version of the URL to use.
