If you can find one in your niche with decent articles on then yes. The sites that accept any old shit are not worth the effort. You’ll see some don’t even get indexed. A bunch shut down and ran out of money several years ago, that’s how dead it is

Focus on quality do follow backlinks with other relevant blogs, Journals, Newspapers, etc. The higher the DA the better.
