  How to determine if a SaaS brand is trademarked for keyword bidding

  We’re looking to bid on some SaaS competitor brands and direct traffic to a comparision page. We want to mention their brand in our adcopy.

  Is there a way to determine who is trademarked. The last thing I want to do is go through the trouble of creating the content and not be able to mention their brand in the adcopy. The campaign would be less effective.
