  How to customize ad text and landing page based off user location

  I took over a Google Ads account that has hundreds of campaigns, each duplicated but targeting individual cities. I want to consolidate these into something more manageable. We have the ad URLs going to the same page, but with an indicator in the link to dynamically change the text to the stated city name.
  We also have ads that contain the city name.

  Is there a way to consolidate these campaigns so that from the same ads/campaigns I can dynamically generate the user location’s city name onto the landing page and customize the ad to generate the user location’s city name with an ad customizer.

  Yes, you can do this with some landing page tools like Instapage or even with Google Optimize.

  And of course you can do it natively with some programming.
