how to become a social media influencer?
how can i start?
i have 200k+ followers from random memes reels but i want to actually make a living off of it and go to influencer events so like a full time job kindado bikini pics rlly get more likes/engagement? and pls tell me any tips that might help.
- edit: should i create a diff acc cuz the niche i want to do as an influencer is different from what im posting now(im posting memes currently)

Depends on demographics/needs of your followers. If you pivot from memes they’ll probably get dissapointed and unfollow. I’ve seen it happen. I would consider merch or affiliate sales in products. Try putting out polls on your stories to see what people would buy.

Yeah make a new account , you can always just funnel followers from your meme page to the new one.

You can niche down on memes and choose a topic that triggers your followers pain then start putt yourself as an authority or expert and sell digital products or start collaborating with brands in that niche. That kind of bikini influencers is dying except for onlyfans and I would never encourage someone to sell their body! Another idea you can keep posting the same memes but start also create relatable & sarcastic reels with ur video like many do rn (they don’t have niche and they only jump into meme reels with their face) Also content consumers today wanna see that friendly side cuz they’re bored/tired of seeing influencer that can’t be relatable with them. Hope this helped, ur body is so precious to throw pics here and there for money while u have the alternative

Slow / Safe option: create a diferent account, u/yorself at the meme description, and send trafic via stories
Fast / Risky option: Start apearing in the meme page, reacting to your memes, slowly introducing yourself, and ramp up your participation. Note: you better be funny, and there is a posibility that you lose followers

Think about your audience’s interests before making big changes. Sudden shifts might make followers leave. Test ideas with polls on your stories first. Keep engaging with your audience and slowly introduce new content to see what they like.
