  How to ban someone from a Facebook page?

  I have a Facebook page and I want to ban someone from leaving comments on it. How do I do it? There’s no option.

  Hide their comment. Then an option will appear to ban the user.

  You can also go under page settings and “people and other pages” and find the option there as well. I had to do this recently as well.
