  How much should I offer to buy a 12k followers Instagram niche account?

  Animation niche. Account is hovering around 500k monthly users reached with an average of 5.5K likes per post. Seems to have a decent community.

  Owner is willing to negotiate, what price range should I offer?

  Why would you buy 12k? Its not a number that would convert anything. Also, once ppl know they have been duped, leave in droves.

  You should be able to build 12k pretty easily.
