  • How much should I charge to manage someone’s social media

I’d be managing their Personal and private account. Mainly liking and engaging with everyone on Facebook that she’s friends on as well as all the groups she’s in on Facebook. This is for a real estate agent where she generated at least 75% of her business from Facebook. She’s asking for at least 1 hour a day. I’m thinking it will take at least 2 hours a day for her personal and professional accounts.

She didn’t mention if I’d be posting for her as well. Not sure how that would work.. considering she’d have to be sending me the photos then I’d have to post them?

How much do you think I should charge for this?

I feel like to give an hourly way is hard to gage.
Would 50$ a day seem reasonable to ask?

Personally, I’d always bill by the hour. Until you have an established portfolio where charging a set amount makes sense, per hour is the only way to go.

The best way to do it in my opinion is to build out a scope of work … list all of the services you may need to provide ie — community management, content creation, copywriting, etc. and evaluate how much you think it’s worth on a monthly basis. And do a monthly retainer.
