How many days does Disavow tool take to remove Bad Backlinks. Or is there alternate way.

It doesn’t “remove” them but it does make them invisible. It typically happens (in my experience but not from any guidelines) within 24 hours if not right away.

Yes – the alternate way is just not to disavow. If it’s a toxic link G likely already knows about it and has already discounted it.
Chances are by using the disavow you disavow links that are actually helping, because you can never know what G considers to be a “good” or “bad” link.
