How long ?
How long should I let google ads run before I decide something needs to be tweaked ? I just started my campaign using only phrase match keywords and no guidance , ctr is about 6% currently but no sales . It’s only been some hours and the clicks are definitely coming but I’m testing a landing page for conversion and I’m just wondering how long is enough , it’s on $74 a day currently, and is showing up as top performing

Most advertisers with small budgets like $74/day only get a handful of conversions per week. But of course that depends on many variables.
Try to estimate what you think a reasonable CPA is and then run your campaign at least 5x that long budget wise without conversions before assuming it’s not working. However, if you do get leads but conversions aren’t tracking you simply have a technical problem you need to fix.
