How does Klientboost get so many reviews?
We have about 40 reviews and we work very hard to get them.
I looked at klientboost profile and they have about 350 reviews on clutch, Google, etc. Great for them.
Away from the quality of their work, how do they get clients to post so many reviews?

Probably using Automated NPS surveys. They send an email every X months, “how likely are you to recommend our service from 1-10?”
* User clicks 1-4, they get alerted to reach out to the unhappy customer.
* User clicks 4-7, maybe a feedback form field.
* User clicks 8-10, would you mind writing us a review? [link] -
besides having a good service and a huge team that keeps track of accounts, I’d bet on automated and tiered automation system that follows up with clients periodically and incentivizes them to leave reviews.

If you look at the Glassdoor reviews they say the client reviews are bribed.

They offer good service, incentive reviews, and most importantly, they ask for them.
