How do I grow my TikTok page (football/soccer content)
I just recently started to volunteer at a semi pro football (or soccer if the main demographic for this is America) with the focus of growing their social media standing. Currently, their instagram, Twitter and FB are used for sending out information and I proposed to create a TikTok page for the club as a way to show the entertainment side of the club. It’s been a week with 9 posts altogether, I have accumulated 13 followers and 131 likes. My views range from 124 to 1445. With my two main watched ones being 1008 (9 likes) and 1445 (53 likes). I’ve added an outro for the latest one prompting a follow to the channel and that video uploaded 4 hours a go has stagnated at 229 views and 25 likes and has gotten I think 3 follows. I’m following trends, using popular sounds and hashtags but mu concern is that I want to consistently have around 1k views which only 3 vids are at or close to hitting. Sorry as this is a large post but the videos I’ve recently posted have better quality than what I had when started but it hasn’t made a massive difference to views and likes. I’m just looking for advice, how to change things up or is the slow growth decent and I’m overthinking this. I would add the account as it would be better explained when shown but I’m not sure if it’s against the rules to self-promote. Make more content, find trends, reassess your approach when it isn’t working. -
You need to follow trends, if you don’t, you won’t get views even with good content.

I think you’re doing what you should be doing tbh. Continue posting regularly and i’m sure you’ll eventually catch the specific kind of content your audience prefers.
I know seeing big numbers, and chasing after it is exciting but doing this will eventually catch up with you (not always, there are some who can keep up). Trying to follow trends will help with views and follows, but the audience gained from these trends may not stick around or continuously engage with your content.
Instead of just asking for a follow, see if you can engage with commenters instead. Something specific they want to see, create a response video. You can also challenge your viewers, sometimes it’s better if you’re the start of a trend 😉

Hey Buddy, Try these simple things hope you will get what you wanted
1. Try to Find which hashtags are trending and use that
2. try to keep your video short within 10-15 seconds
3. Use Trending sound effects
4. Try to Promote your TikTok content on your other social channels (If you have any)
5. Focus on your content quality & Create high-quality videos (it is mandatory to get views)
6. Try to add a keyword caption so that people can find you by searching
7. check your account analytics to find out when your Followers are active so that you can upload your video at the right time.
