How did the Twitter rebranding affect you and your connections?
Hey everyone! Lets talk about Twitter (again) ????. Like, out of nowhere, new logo!
I was talking shit about it a few days ago. But you know what I think about it now? Aside from the logo facelift, it’s still about keeping those connections alive and chatting it up with fellow users. Whether it’s X or good ol’ Twitter, things are still looking up!
I’m curious, aside from the logo, how did this rebranding affect you as a user? ????????

Nothing changed and everyone I see and communicate with still calls it twitter and tweets. As it should be. We all agree the rebranding is stupid af and calling it X sounds terrible.

Are people still really using Twitter? Anything I’ve posted gets nada since Elon took over and before that things went great. Unless you’re posting right wing nonsense or Joe Rogan supercuts nothing seems to perform or be worthwhile and even if something does blow up there’s no ROI to it.

I don’t like that I see more people in following in “for you” than the actual following tab. It’s too censored now after they limited the tweet views and posts. And I’m sick of some of the content it’s algorithm suggest in the “for u” I honestly just deleted it and created a Reddit

Professionally, if your audience is still there, they still want to hear from you – yes some people have left but the majority have stayed.
Personally, I use it to get info and I like a lot of content that is useful to me. A friend was suspended permanently after dissing the logo so I am keeping my thoughts to myself ha ha.
