  • How did people find me on Google?

Posted by Evening-Pilot-737 on October 7, 2022 at 9:00 am

I saw on my Google Business Dashboard that a lot of people found me by keywords and not by the business name.

Is it possible to know which keywords they used?

I didn’t found any insight for that on the dashboard. Is there a different way?

Google Analytics and Search Console can tell you that but it seems you haven’t set it up yet. You can do that on [Ahrefs.com](https://Ahrefs.com) and [Semrush.com](https://Semrush.com) but I think they will be overwhelming for you. So, Google Analytics and Search Console are the best options atm

    Hi!

Such information can be seen in Google Console and Google Analytics.

It is always a good idea to connect these two with your site right after going live, as these platforms are very powerful in gathering various types of information and presenting it to you in a rather simple and very effective way.

Along with monitoring where your visitors come from and via what mediums, you can also track sessions, behavior, demographics, number of visitors, and tons of other useful information.

    Regards!
