How can I increase users’ desire to click on the landing page from social media?
I have just started in the e-commerce industry. Currently, I am running Facebook ads, and at first everything was going well, but recently the user enthusiasm has declined. My ad content is divided into the following categories:
Some UGC creators' product reviews, which account for 50% of my total ads. They usually display the products and then use expressions and gestures to demonstrate how effective they are. The copy includes some promotions and calls-to-action.
Some videos of users unboxing and using the products after purchase. These videos have a more lifestyle-oriented style, usually accompanied by simple, upbeat music. Additionally, I specifically ask them to show the trial products and thank-you cards that our brand provides to customers.
Lastly, some carousel ads with just product packaging, as they are lower in cost.
Over the past few weeks, I've noticed a decline in the number of users clicking on the landing pages, which usually directly link to the products mentioned in the ads. I'm quite puzzled, can anyone analyze the potential reasons?
